Greiffenberger AG, registered in Marktredwitz, is a family-led industrial holding company that is continuing to advance the long-term development of its three units

which have around 930 employees in total. Since 1986 Greiffenberger AG is listed on the stock exchange in Munich (regulated market). As a holding company Greiffenberger AG buys and develops attractive, medium-sized companies which complement and expand the three units strategically.

The managing directors of each of the management companies are fully accountable for their own units. This ensures the continued flexibility of the companies. Greiffenberger AG agrees the strategic direction of the individual units with the managing directors, and supports them in the finance, controlling, law and taxation functions.
