Greiffenberger awarded Investment Grade rating of BBB-

Marktredwitz and Augsburg, December 7, 2011 - The Creditreform AG agency has carried out a company evaluation of Greiffenberger AG, and awarded it a rating of BBB-. “In order to promote greater transparency we decided for the first time and on a voluntary basis to undergo a corporate rating. The award of an Investment Grade rating confirms for us how well we have succeeded over the past few years in putting our balance sheet ratios on a very solid footing, and, for example, to significantly reduce our net borrowing”, says Stefan Greiffenberger, sole director of the family-run industrial holding.
